Log Message:
Some installation fixes:

	- add a ses(4) major number as the MI MAKEDEV tries to create the
	  nodes. hi elad.

	- create audio devices.

	- provide mount_kernfs and a dmesg command.

	- start sysinst automagically and fix backspace key.

Mostly prompted by David H. Gutteridge on port-hp700.
