Bah. I only skimmed over the page; it was, indeed, rcons's manpage
I was looking at. (On the other hand, I can't find any documentation
anywhere for what VGA_RASTEROPS is actually supposed to do, save for
the one-line comment in GENERIC, or in the cvs logs.)

That it seems to be completely orthogonal to the 'regular' vga.c
file seems worrisome.
