Log Message:
Don't define "fenv_t" and "fexcept_t" for NetBSD/sparc64 because the
definitions clash with "/usr/include/sparc64/fenv.h".

This fixes the build of e.g. "pkgsrc/databases/mysql51-client" under
NetBSD/sparc64 current.
