Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jandberg in ticket #516):
        sys/arch/amiga/dev/gayle_pcmcia.c: revision 1.31
Add a delay between the recently added new PCMCIA reset method and
the old reset method to get the card reset work reliably on my
A1200 model and network cards.
Discussed on port-amiga.
