Log Message:
gdb/bfd: Stop compiling in useless netbsd-core.c for riscv

netbsd-core.c is for the old-style core format, which has
never been used for riscv.

Note that:
- binutils/bfd does not use this file for riscv.
- Up-to-date core file format is supported by elf.c.
