The problem is solved now.
What I had to do was to create new file system with newfs before running disklabel.
Now the init loads fine.
I must say the help I received here is worh a ton of gold.
I am really really grateful for that, guys.
The NetBSD community is in my experience as good as they come...

Now I can keep on hacking on my new working build.
I still have some issues and I am sure I will bug you with them soon as well :)
