This works well on PC104 systems. Be careful about the CF/IDE adapter,
though. Many PC104 vendors sell PC104-stack CF adapters. Some of these
are just the standard wire and power adapter, and you need to connect
an IDE cable between that card and the IDE socket on the CPU
card. Others actually wire up the CF card to the ISA bus and present
as "wdc at isa". These should be avoided; going through the ISA bus is
much slower.
