These are very small, low-profile cards. If the SoC's chassis is
physically long enough to accomodate the (unused) extra pins on the 64
bit PCI connector, they should fit. I haven't tested them in a Soekris
chassis yet -- I can do that.
And lots of stuff supports 66MHz PCI on 32-bit slots.
