Since Bernt (sp?) had to go off to do his thesis I have seen no activity
here... has anyone picked up the stuff he did for installation ?

If not, I may get 'round to it RSN.

I have had lots of thought about installation support for the next release,
but before I get into it, it would be real nice to know if anyone else
is oing work here.
