Subject: install.sh root disk selection

During one of my many recent installations, I encountered the
following problem: hundreds of NFS errors filled the 'dmesg' buffer
so that install.sh was unable to find the root disk.
How about letting the user enter a root disk, and if it's not found
from the dmesg output, ask them if they're REALLY SURE, instead of
flat out denying the possibility? :)
