I see that some people want to create installation CDs without sources,
and others want them with sources.

At present, if you want a CD with sources, you have to manually run
distrib/sets/makesrctars with appropriate args before you "make
iso-image", and there are no make targets to simplify this process.
There also doesn't seem to be an analogue of makesrctars for pkgsrc or
xsrc.

How about adding a target to etc/Makefile that people could use to
simplify the creation (and stashing under RELEASEDIR) of tarballs for
src, pkgsrc and xsrc, and teaching sysinstall to offer to install such
source tarballs if they exist on the install media.
