For install purposes, you don't need to eject; the first CD or DVD
should be enough to do a basic install. If more CDs/DVDs are needed,
the system can be rebooted after the first CD/DVD, and the install
can continue after a boot from the hard drive.

It's always possible to provide a ramdisk kernel on the CD which
can be booted if you want to.
