Hi,

I`ve done the spanish translation of "msg.mi.es" (the "msg.mbr.es"
appears to be already up to date).

BTW, there is something odd with the "cvsweb" system: it corrupts the
"msg.*" files which have the high bit set (for chars outside the ASCII
range) but have a "text/plain" mimetype, rendering them unusable.
