From the USB stick itself, like a model name?  "PMAPPMAP1234" comes up
in a few search hits, e.g.

  /dev/sdU9.0: USB DISK 2.0 PMAPPMAP1234

or 

  Model: KingstonDataTraveler 3.0PMAPPMAP1234; Capacity 61440000 LBAs
