Jan-Simon Pendry pointed out the gross style in the "errno = foo" in the
patch I sent in, and suggested a much more palatable change to
 		warnx("can't access %s: %s", spec, strerror(nfhret.stat));

Also, I gave the NFS server a whirl and it seemed to work fine with the
DEC OSF/1 V3.2 NFSv3 client.
