Oh- I should note that as I recall you really need to DMA cdb's and
the SEL && ID msg in front of it. I think I recall an errata sheet
from emulex that indicated that hand stuffing the command into the
fifo had problems with reselect attempts coming in. You still have to
worry about what's in the fifo counter, but if you DMA the command
it gives *the chip* the choice about how to dump the bytes in the
fifo for the incoming reselection instead of having it under the
thumb of some stupid processor elsewhere...
