If you're going to do this, you need to do:

	(1) Create _S_IF*.

	(2) If !_POSIX_C_SOURCE || _XOPEN_SOURCE, define S_IF* -> _S_IF*

	(3) Define S_IS* in t terms of _S_IF*

This is because S_IF* pollute the namespace.
