I'm still using rcons (_not_ wscons) until the input-side on pmaxes is
all fixed. So I cant test wscons' overeager jumping, even if I wanted
to.

But if we do things the `right' way, any performance increment
_should_ be linear in the number of lines folded into a single scroll.
