/dev/random is "good" random.  /dev/urandom will degrade to a PRNG
regardless of entropy pool feeding.

What I'd do is this:

	o read some bytes from /dev/urandom
	o Use those in a PRNG as simple as this:
		val = SHA1(state);
		state = val;
