There are two problems that I am aware of:

	(1) We don't handle out-of-window SYNs properly (this causes
	    problems w/ TCP NFS if the client crashes and attempts to
	    reconnect).

	(2) There is a problem reported by Christoph Badura w/ the
	    SYN cache and packet loss.

I am working on (2) as I have time.  I plan on submitting a pullup for it
after the branch has been cut, because I need to get new features into the
tree before the cut (and this qualifies as a bugfix, and thus something that
I can submit a pullup for).

I've discussed (1) w/ kml... but I don't know if he's working on it or not.
