ok, sys/uvm/README.ubc is now in the chs-ubc branch.
I've also put it at http://www.chuq.com/netbsd/README.ubc
so non-commiters can get it since anoncvs isn't going yet.

so far this is just a summary of new and changed interfaces
in the UBC branch.  hopefully I'll add more as time goes on
and people ask questions.
