What prototype mismatch?  The diff I showed was between 3/26 and 3/27
and the call matched the prototype there AFAICT.

There should have been a warning about the uninitialized variable...
(but no such luck)  Of course, I'm still using the 1.3 compiler...
(Still trying to get bootstrapped for the build!)
