I've attached a 120GB hardware raid to my SS5 running NetBSD 1.4 lately,
and since then I'm getting lots of panics: pool_get: extent: followed by
various reasons like "page empty". The error occurs (repeatable) when I
copy (with rsync) a local 4GB-disk to the raid.

Is this one of the known problems of 1.4? 
Is this fixed in 1.4.1?
