     -z                Disables the file system panic flag.  This flag,
                       which is enabled by default, causes the kernel to
                       panic when it encounters file system errors.  File
                       system errors encountered when the panic flag is
                       disabled are logged to /dev/fslog and handled by the
                       fslogd(8) daemon.
