BIND8 scans for changes to the system's network interface at a
configurable frequency - interface-interval in the options{}
statement. It'll add or remove interfaces as appropriate. So the name
server will eventually sort itself out after a network card gets
inserted or ejected. If this is not convenient, you can always
reconfig the name server by hand after the slot status changes.
