I'm trying to implement support for ctrl-alt-del for a box which should
be maintainable by people without a clue. Everything else works fine,
but I just can't seem to figure what sequence matches ctrl-alt-del. At
the moment I use KS_Delete in wskbdmap_mfii.c:pckbd_keydesc_us[], but
that gives me ctrl-alt-backspace shutdown support.
