Does the sticky bit being set on an executable have any
effect in netbsd? It used to keep a copy of the executable in
swap, but I don't see anything but directory usage now for
the bit. My question is whether it would help to reduce time
for system builds if the gcc/ld files were +t and resident.
Obviously if memory is short it wouldn't do any good, but
I can't find the bit being used by the kernel at all for
its purported use. I remember that it DID work back in the
days where I ran system V unix.
