Was there anything wrong with the existing `sv' style? We should
decide how to interpret these string, as the current mix of language
and country is confusing. I vote for both actually. :-) Meaning that
keymaps should be described by language + country, with possible
abbreviations (using sv, or SE as abbreviations for sv_SE).
