Unclear.  I'd want to see a lawyer look it over.


It's not clear to me that the conditions in 3.1 and 3.2 are something
we'd normally accept (reading it, i'm not even sure what they _say_
8-).

Also, it may be hard to satisfy the documentation requirement in
section 3.1...

It's also not clear to me what distinction is made between a 'person'
(section 2.2) and an organization; that might be important.

section 4.3 is interesting, too...
