I'm wondering if we want the functionality availbe in single user... so as
   to mount /usr over network over isdn... hm, probably not. PPP is in usr/sbin,
   too.


note that slattach is in /.  pppd wasn't put in / because it's too
large, originally.


indeed, many/most netbsd install media includes slip support but not
ppp support, seems pretty broken with today's internet.
