Well, I usually end up doing 'cp -R /sunsite/packages/NetBSD... /some/dir'
and then doing a local ftp install, but there will be a time when I don't
have this luxury, I'm sure.

/sunsite is, of course, NFS mounted over a 64K ISDN line.
