Eh?  Where?

I generated the `official' NetBSD 1.5 source tarballs, and they should have
the netbsd-1-5-RELEASE tag everywhere, as well as this:

No, they were regenerated -- but if the changes are missing, I do not know
why.  I'll look into this.
