Another new snapshot is just released at the same page. Now it can display
UTF-8 English/French/German/Japanese(Kana)/Korean mixed text and seems to 
be quite stable. I have also included compiled kernel (GENERIC + 
VGA_RASTERCONSOLE and WSDISPLAY_ENCODING_UTF8 options added), wsfontload 
binary, and wscons.conf for convenience. I would appreciate it if someone 
would try it and report to me any problem.
