	people start making computers with more logical i/o systems? 
	this kind of misery i don't see ever being necessitated by, for example, 
	TURBOchannel. it will be disappointing if even more bloat is forced into
	NetBSD by the PC architecture's idiosyncracies.

PCI and device properties are really completely orthogonal.  Device
properties is intended as a clean solution to a dozen different
problems that now are unsolved or solved in ways that are found
lacking.
