Yes. I wrote MI osiop (which was based on amiga's siop) for arc,
and right after that Steve switched mvme68k to use MI osiop.
(It requires bus_dma(9) support, though.)

On siop (53c720/770/8x0) case, we have to support PCI siop (53c8x0)
on big endian machines (like macppc etc.), so we have to consider
endianness carefully (because PCI is little endian bus).

On the other hand, there are few 53c710 cards for MI bus (like ISA/MCA),
so current implementation does not cause much problem (for now).
