Looking at the relevent EISA .CFG files, which reference CPQ4400.OVL,
there are 2 address ranges:
PORT=0z000h-0z01Fh (which is the range the utility listed)
PORT=330h-33Fh|130-13Fh|120h-12Fh|110h-11Fh
INIT=IOPORT(1) LOC(1-0) 11|01|01|01
IOPORT(2) LOC(5-4) 11|11|10|01
I think IOPORT 1 and 2 are 0zc88h and 0zcb0h though I'm not positive.
Damn .OVL files.
