Today I got a kernel panic in a server that is running a proxy
server for one year without glitchs (90 days mean uptime). The problem
was: the disk got full and when I tried to logon, by typing the first
character, the system stopped and I got the debugger. Unfortunatelly, I
couldn't write down the messages neither do the stack trace, because if
I didn't up the service fast, I would soon get dozens of users complaining.
The question is: Are there any "issues" with netbsd kernel running
with disks full? Although I'm using it mainly because of it's quality
code and stability, that lockup was really gruesome. That machine is
pretty busy and I'm always working on it, never had such problem.
