There is a 'reference' set of software from Intel which purports to
be compilalbe on BSD. I've only compiled it for linux. I've been meaning
to compile it on NetBSD, and see what happens.

Unfortunately, I'm pressed for time at the moment, and will post
the url later today. You can go to the developer.intel.com and see
if you can find it.
