Part of it may have been fixed. Enami pointed out to Chuq that we were
throwing away exec mappings in certain nfs situations. (Thank you Enami!)
I haven't updated, but I think that will fix a lot of the errors I've
seen.
I've forgotten if you have root on nfs or not.
