after configurind 1.6B with vm.* sysctl's system doesn't swap out
almost everything and works mostly fine.

hovewer when doing things like cp hugefile anotherplace
system is almost unusable while copying!!!

there are so swapping but using for example navigator is impossible.
even writing something in xterm is SLOW!!!!

this never happened with 1.5.2!!!!!

where is a problem?

while most of things are much faster in 1.6 this is terribly bad.

it's quite similar to linux in that case.
