Huh? We're talking about kernel printf's here!!!!

The only other place it possibly makes sense to have a console
scroll-back feature is in an external independent hardware device (eg. a
terminal server, perhaps one facilitated by an independent server
running conserver). Obviously that's just not possible for wscons!
