Yes, frank appears to be right; try changing:
if ((nmp->nm_flag & NFSMNT_NQNFS) && np->n_timer.cqe_next != 0) {
to:
if (nmp && (nmp->nm_flag & NFSMNT_NQNFS) && np->n_timer.cqe_next != 0) {
in nfs_node.c.
