You're looking in the wrong dumpsters.

I found a PM2e in a dumpster just outside stockholm, at the telia
colocation facility.  Worked fine.

I've never actually _paid_for_ a terminal server and I have close to
a dozen of them.  I've given lots away too.

This is just not that difficult.  But I guess I've done enough polluting
of this list.
