I've got a serial port card I bought off eBay. It was made by Quatech,
but is PCI.  I've been going through the docs, and I have added all the
entries I can find into the puc.c driver and the PCI device table.

If I try and use the card (in an Alpha) I get lost interrupt messages
and a hung serial port. 

The question is, should I submit the entries or should I wait until
I can hack out a fix for puc.c?
