real fix would be write real mfs, not quick hack that emulates disk in 
userspace VM, which is then double-cached.

i trued to use mfs  but:

1) async-mounted partition works better/faster unless it's small MFS which 
is rarely used and never get swapped
2) it can easily crash the machine.
