   After running 'systat bufcache -w 1' for about 24 hours, it produced
   "error reading kmem for maddr at 0xdeadbeef (Bad address)" and gave up.
   Problem in systat or kernel?


probably neither; kmem utilities always have the chance of using
stale data.  i guess that happened here...
