Now this is done, can we rid NetBSD or "pseudo-device loop" from
all of the kernel config files?

It has never been an option (it isn't possible to build a kernel
that works without the loop pseudo-device) - the config line's
only previous purpose was to say how many loN devices the kernel
should come pre-configured with.    That's no longer necessary
I assume.

So, let's just delete the thing (perhaps if it is easy, leave it as a
no-op in config files so including it is harmless, but not required,
just for compatability with old files).
