Hi,

I went back and cleaned up the TCP/SACK code that I posted earlier.

Changed:
 * Renamed the functions to match the FreeBSD counterparts.
 * Minor code formating issues.
 * Changed the code to use TAILQ_* instead of doing the linked list
   manipulation the hard way.
