I assume you want this "database" a user-documentation thing, so that
users report failure or success (like a wiki, as said), right?

It would be very cool, but of course there must be "moderators" (or are
Ops called different in wiki-speak?) to delete questions and spam.

Still, I kind-of like the idea.
