Yes, RAIDframe works. /dev/rraid0d (i386, so RAW_PART is d) actually
has 5860702208 sectors, which is about right.
Now, how do I *use* that, if disklabel won't accept values over 2^32-1?
Is my only option to mkfs /dev/raid0d, or is there some way to get a
partition larger than 4294967295 sectors? Simply naïvely trying to
create a partition with 5860702208 sectors produces
disklabel: line 22: invalid format
